GLEN VAUSE
Corporate Finance
Mr. Vause has built several rapid growth companies over the last 20 years with roles ranging from founder to advisor. Primary activities have included capital formation, strategy development, financial/project management, acquisitions/rollups/divestitures and value creator for under-performing assets. He has significant experience in the financial industry, covering a multitude of areas and industries, both private and public. These include principal trading, equity and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital as a facilitator and principal investor. Industry focus includes life sciences, technology, real estate, energy, infrastructure, financial services, viticulture, agriculture and consumer finance.
CRAIG RADEMAKER
Corporate Finance
Bringing over 37 years of finance expertise, Mr. Rademaker became vital to Robson Financial Group in 2014 and played a key role in co-founding Factory Capital in 2018. His extensive knowledge spans institutional and retail brokerage, principal trading, equity and debt raising, mergers and acquisitions advice, and venture capital facilitation and investment as both a facilitator and principal investor. He oversees capital markets activities, leveraging extensive experience across various private and public sectors within the financial industry.
MICHAEL PAVICIC
Capital Markets
Since 2017, Mr. Pavicic has been a consultant and principal investor, contributing to the structuring and financing of private residential, commercial and hospitality projects in North America and Europe. With over two decades of real estate finance and development expertise, he co-founded CRCL Capital, where he serves as its President and director. Furthermore, his extensive capital markets experience in Canada includes raising private equity and debt through enduring relationships with institutional investors, family offices, IIROC, MFDA and the Exempt Market.
JEFFERY C. SHAUL

Mr. Shaul has over 30 years of investment industry experience in securities underwriting, mergers and acquisitions and asset management. He has led the development, launching and managing of many public and private investment funds. The Canadian-based firm he founded in 2003, Robson Capital Management Inc., has provided exempt market dealer and other investment funds services to over 75 Canadian, U.S. and other international asset management companies. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Robson Capital Management Inc. since its inception in 2003.
PASQUALE (PAUL) MANCUSO
Advisory
Mr. Mancuso is CEO of Rainmaker Capital Corporation, a finance company offering a range of financing options exclusively tailored for high-growth Canadian corporations. A lawyer called to the bar in 1990; he has several decades of experience working with private equity and finance organizations across Canada in a broad spectrum of industries and asset classes.
MIKE ESLER
Underwriting
Mr. Esler has 36 years of experience in real estate finance, development, and resort planning/consulting. Over this time-frame, Mike has secured financing for approximately $3B for virtually every real estate asset class. He has worked as a direct lender with several financial institutions, as well as a mortgage banker and mortgage broker, and was one of the founding principals of Canada’s largest commercial mortgage brokerage.
NITESH PRAKASH

With a decade of mortgage industry experience, Mr. Prakash is a licensed broker across multiple Canadian provinces and President of Blue Pearl Mortgage Group Inc., where he prioritizes client experience and value. Since 2017, he has also led Blue Pearl Mortgage Investment Corporation and Blue Pearl Investment Ltd., demonstrating a commitment to comprehensive financial solutions. Under his leadership, Blue Pearl Mortgage Group has facilitated over $1B in loan funding.
JEFF ROTH
Underwriting
Mr. Roth brings over 25 years of experience in lending, credit adjudication, and private debt fund management. As co-founder of MidStar Capital in 2016, he grew the firm to $500M in assets under management while deploying over $800M in capital. His expertise spans leveraged lending, mezzanine debt, portfolio management, and structuring complex financing. With a broad network across North America, he has been instrumental in fundraising, organizational development, and asset management growth.
